How many simultaneous connections are allowed ?

While you can install your IPTV subscription on several devices, But we offer upto 4 devices/connections so please note that it is only operational on four device at a time.

How long does it take to get a response from a support ticket ?

If you submit a ticket for technical support or account activation, you can expect a response within 1 to 2 hours. We aim to reply within an hour of receiving a ticket. Please be aware that during busy periods, response times may extend up to 3 hours.
